Fact is , legit client never expose their outsourcing needs on any social media sites. its done in business network only. and such network is not on internet or website.
Whoever outsource such services, selects only existing and established call centers in market and business. Start ups are far away from such jobs.
Existing ones already done that . So dont expect , just because you have an office set up and some job experience they would disturb their existing system .
Looks like you are reading too much facebook, linkedin posts where such type of campaigns are circulated and new centers getting scammed for sure.
To get one, Try to connect with New taxi company who is not yet launched . in planning phase. Try to convince them about benefits and your expertise .
